Details, specification & pricing
Whilst Action Lawn & Leisure makes every effort to ensure that goods supplied correspond to in every respect with the sample, specification or description, provided as the case maybe, Action Lawn & Leisure is not responsible for the minor variations in specification, colour or other design features, and in the case of business purchasers no such minor variation shall entitle the Purchaser to rescind the contract or shall be the subject of any claim against Action Lawn & Leisure by the Purchaser. All prices quoted on this web site include VAT.
Deliveries & Shipping Charges
Please allow up to 28 days for your order to be processed and delivered. However, some special orders may take longer.
Action Lawn & Leisure will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the time indicated. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates.
Shipping charges are worked out during checkout according to total order weight. There are normally 2-3 shipping options available. All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class, City Link or via another reputable carrier. City Link options are normally a next working day service for payments cleared before 3pm to mainland UK addresses only. Please make sure someone will be in to receive your delivery as further charges may apply if more then two delivery attempts are made. All deliveries must be fully inspected upon delivery as insurance will not be valid for deliveries signed for undamaged or not inspected. Northern Ireland and other offshore islands must select Royal Mail postage options only. Royal Mail 1st Class deliveries are aimed at 1-2 days delivery. Royal Mail Standard Parcels is normally a 3-5 day service provided to all of UK including offshore islands. However please allow up to 2 weeks for all Royal Mail deliveries. All Royal Mail services may be delayed during busy mail periods.
Title
Title to any goods supplied to the customer by Action Lawn & Leisure shall remain the property of Action Lawn & Leisure until paid for in full.
Title to the goods passes to you immediately before your consignment is delivered to our nominated carrier(s) for dispatch. If you wish to collect the goods personally, please e-mail us to this effect so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Contract Cancellation / Returns
If you are a consumer you have the right, to cancel the contract and receive a full or partial refund for items purchased.
You must inform us in either writing or electronic mail of your desire to cancel within seven working days commencing on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You then have a reasonable period of 7 days to return the goods to us.
You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable condition and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.
Action Lawn & Leisure is not responsible for any costs incurred during fitting or removal of any allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) goods. To offset the cost of order processing, the Purchaser may be charged a handling fee in accordance with costs incurred by the Company on all returned goods unless the Company accepts liability for any unsuitable or faulty item. An amount no greater than 25% of the original purchase price will be applied.
We shall refund the amount of money less handling fee within 30 days of cancellation in writing or electronic mail from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, goods purchased from this website or by mail order are covered by a 1 year Domestic or 3 month Commercial (where applicable) manufacturer's warranty. If further warranty details are required on a specific product, please contact us.

Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
